CTET Eligibility Criteria
For Primary Teachers (Class I to V)
- Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks and a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed).
OR - Senior Secondary with at least 50% marks and a 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).
For Upper Primary Teachers (Class VI to VIII)
- Graduation with at least 50% marks and a Bachelor’s in Education (B.Ed).
OR - Graduation with a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education.
CTET Application Process
- Online Registration: Candidates must apply online through the official CTET website (https://ctet.nic.in).
